bad service

i brought a smart tv in DEC2020 now in 26march the tv started giving me a problem and i took it to the shop and a sales man Frans advised me that it will take a week and will received a new tv till today no 1 has called to to says what is happening with the tv I've send numerous mails with no reply but im expected to pay my mothy installment in time while i do not have a tv . this is bad service/
