Bad service ever

I think I am being ****med by this shop, I bought a product which I mistakenly chose a wrong product and I made a request for it to be changed from the 18/11/2023. A ***/*** was issued and I had to make a top up to the amount of the product I wanted. Regular follow up were made but same stories which now I believe it was an excuse for my problem to be resolved. I later got an *** generated for order no: *** which I did enquired and the same reasons were provided. Till today there is no communication and I’m not sure what did I paid for.

I regret why did I do this transaction :(
