Bad service delivery

I bought a JVC radio at Bradlows Esikhaleni on the 20 November 2020, that was R5499 and it's stopped working early January 2021, and I returned it back and it's been 4 week's now Bradlows is playing hard to get they telling me about the supplier of which I don't know about because I bought a radio from Bradlows not the supplier, and Iam not happy at all, bradlows failed me, I need my money back.
