Bad service delivering Used item to the customer

<p>On sat (06 Aug 2016 ) I went to the store and brought a bed and was told that it will be delivered on wed (10 Aug 2016) . On wed morning around 8 am I got a call from the driver acting for directions to my home, later that afternoon call the store and ask why the delivery was not done the reply with "We don't deal with the warehouse you should call them to find out ( i didn't buy from there why should i call them ) . They finally delivered the bed at 7 pm ( why so late) , bit didn't let me check the bed before leaving as they said they were still busy . I open the and found the base legs were all broken and parts were missing and the base was dirty and had stains and looked used !!!! as for the mattress it also has stains and looked old and has a very bad smell .... its this what I pay for ? why should I deal with the warehouse when i went to the store to buy it ..... I want a full refund and for the bed should must be remove today (8 Aug 2016) I will go somewhere else ....... This is very bad service </p>
