Bad service

Bradlows has bad service from their call centre number to Guguletu staff that I deait with this morning to top it all manager said I'm lying I have not made any payment speaking to Coleman the salesman who was assisting me regarding the matter. I Forwarded proof of payment via their query @jdg.co.za will await reply from head office never again will I support this group.
