Bad service call centre

21/08/2021 bought base and matters at Bradlows in February had to return the bed as the matters end was splitting open they come to change it in February not even 6 months old and the problem started with the bed, now 3 month late the bed that was replaced is also now damage the springs is come out , contacted the complained line on the 13th May 2022 and up till now no one contacted me about the complained bad service and will neve buy a bed from Bradlows again
