Bad Service by Bradlows

I bought a Kitchen unit at Bradlows in Midrand on 09/03/2019 and paid for it in full on the same day including delivery. I was informed that the kitchen unit will be delivered in boxes and that there will be a person deployed to come and fit in it at my house. On the 12/03/2019 I received the goods packaged in boxes and they were put in the middle on my kitchen and I was told that it won't be long before they actually fit them In so not to worry that the boxes are consuming space. It took me a week of follow up with the consultant Jackie before the person deployed(Thabang) came to my house on the 19/03/2019 only for him to get there and say that the parts that were delivered were incorrect and he can't do anything unless everything is there, he said he will send the feedback..then left. Today it's the 22/03/2019 and I still can't move around in my house without the fear of tripping on boxes. I'm unhappy with the service I was given, I don't even know if this kitchen unit will ever be installed or not. I'm just full of regret.
