Bad Service Bradlows

Bradlows Nightmare!!! On the 4/03/2021 I laybyed couches (Evolution 3pce Daybed) payed off on the 15/03/2021.Hardly a month wer making irritating sounds and starting to sink i then went to the shop 19/04/2021 logged a compliment at the shop waited for respond for a week on 26/04/2021 got a call that the couches will be collected for as*****t on the 27/04/2021 upon pick up I then saw on the recipient the couches where being taken for repairs meaning I was not getting replacements. So this meant I had bought second hand couches because something that is repaired is no longer new new so I payed full amount for second hand couches imagine that. I was told within 7 days il get my couches as assessment takes a week. Ever since couches where taken no form of communication from them to me I had to call the shop which told me they don't know where the company usually takes furniture for repairs as they use different companies and it was above them. I then called the Headoffice customer care which referred me back to the store I called again customer now I got different answer that the couches are at the Workshop and that workshop will call me once the couches were done Friday 7/5/2021 I call Customer care and I get new information that Turn Around Time for Couches Repairs is 4 weeks and there is nothing they can do that's how things are done. 1st of all I Fully Payed for New Couches With a Month new couches are faulty 2ndly I don't get replacement I get repaired couches as if I payed for 2nd hands good and Quality 3rdly the is no means of communication from the shop the warehouse I have to do the run around where as people are just relaxed and we call that good Customer Service. It's Winter Me and My Family have to sit on the floor because we are sold factory fault Couches is it realy fair. I need somebody who can help me get my hard earned money back or get new couches I can't be expected to take back repaired couches when I purschased New Couches not second hand please Help Me I'm being treated bad by Bradlows Furniture new couches less than a month they have to be repaired and be without couches hence I Payed full Amount Please Money Back or New Couches I can't wait 4 weeks on top of 2 weeks No.
