Bad service BRADLOWS

Poor customer service, I will never buy from that store again. I Layby a dining room suite and paid it of in September, they told me it's out of stock but the will get it in two weeks time and deliver. It's now November still haven't received my delivery, they don't contact me to update, when I phone their call centre I get cut off. BAD Service, I don't want that dining room suite anymore, I want my money back.
