Bad service

I have bought lounge suit within six months they were ruined went to report to the store in Protea Glen Mall they came to collect them for repair it took them 2 months when they brought them back they where still the same went again to the store then they came to collect them again and was told choose another lounge suite of which I did then it's been 4 months that lounge suite not yet delivered to me I always make follow up then being sent from pillar to post with same story waiting for goods to arrive they don't contact me I am the one who contacts them
