BAD service

My mother bought a bedroom suite in January this year. It took them weeks to come and deliver the goods. when they eventually did deliver it looked like it was falling apart. We complained at the Boksburg store where we bought it they listened said they were going to send someone to come a n have a look. My mother called them and went there several times to ask them what they are going to do about the furniture and they promised someone was going to come. the guy did eventually come to have a look and said that they were going to have to replace the bedroom suite because he can't repair it. It is now March and we are still waiting for Bradlows. They do not communicate at all. You have to beg them to do anything. This was bought cash by the way. I am appalled by the service that we've received thus far. The sales people at the shop are not very helpful at all. It is really very disappointing to see how our stores treat their customers.
