bad service, attitude and told to collect goods at warehouse jetpark

no one explained to me that i have to collect my stuff at jetpark and when i ask why to collect at warehouse because no one explained that to me, the indian men by the name of mr inder told me that is not his duty to explaine that to me and that was very rude... i paid off my outstanding balance and my own transport to collect the bed at bradlows maponya mall not at jetpark. they still insist that i have to collect at warehouse.
