Bad service at bradlows Thabong!!

I made a laybye at bradlows of a bed which was worth 11 000. I made the first payment in the shop of 5000 then the following month they sent me a statement via sms and the other options was I could pay via eft I then made a deposit of 1000 with all the reference I got from that sms. Last month a went to the store to finish my payment I was told that the 1000 doesn't reflect ohk the lady said I must come with a bank statement that shows it she will send it to the head office. I did that I even called the lady at the head office I also sent her all the prove even today I am made a fool they tell me stories that they are waiting for transfere which is very stressful on top of that I have to pay another 800 for people who will connect that bed. My 11 000 down the drain!!
