Bad Service at Bradlows Protea glen mall

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bradlows in Protea Glen Mall. My mother purchased a new LG TV from the store, however, it has not been working for the past four weeks. Despite reporting the issue to the branch in Protea Glen, no one has been assigned to assist her. Instead, it seems as though they are taking advantage of her age. As a result, my mother and her grandkids have been unable to watch TV during the holidays, despite her payments for both the product and insurance. This level of service is unacceptable and I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience.My Mom is 62 she does not need this Drama
