Bad service at Bradlows Greytown

What a bad service i have received at Bradlows Greytown. I had done a layby with them. When i was still paying they incorrectly credited someone elses account. They told me not to worry it will be sorted. On the 28th of November I paid all what I was owing them including the delivery. I was told that my bed would be delivered the following week. I have been waiting since then but there is no delivery. I have gone to the branch several times only to be told different stories each time I am there
