Bad Service At Bradlows

we received a bad service at Bradlows ilanga mall Nelspruit. firstly we bought a washing machine which took forever for them to deliver it. Used the washing machine twice now the draining point doesn't work at all. reported it to them. they promised to come and fetched it even today we are still waiting. we are now on the third week since we reported it. Also bought a two door wardrobe, they never told us that the wardrobe needs to be assembled, when we went to collect it they said we should have paid for delivery fee for them to assemble it. i asked how are we supposed to know if they don't give out such information. and when we bought the wardrobe we didn't see board, we saw a complete product. if we were told before buying it we would understand.
