Bad service at Bradlows Alex mall

I have bought things for 14,998 on credit at Bradlows Alex mall from tsibi all she knows was to be happy about the sale what happens after they don't care, the time that they came to deliver I was there and I putted my mom's address for incase they deliver while am not there, I asked them to please come to the place I stay since I was available they insisted that they will lose their jobs OK then hired someone to come and pic it up the delivery address was 11,and I stay at 12 it's not a distance when I opened the woodrope of R6999 the drawers were lose and u have to use force to close the drawers the handle of the drawers are lose inside is faulty pins at the back are out it was still on the packaging when I opened it I had to put the doors on my own I downloaded a picture online spoke to a lady at their call centre at JDG Resolution centre number is *** gave me a complain reference *** they promised to help me they even called me to tell me on Monday they will come to exchange now they say I damaged the product because of the address I also spoke to Kyle jenthrovia email she also promised to help till today I haven't heard from her so please come and take your things I don't want them anymore am not happy with the service or I will bring them back to the store they did deliver the bed on my current address so y they refused to deliver the woodrope or else I will reverse the debit order
