Bad service at BRADLOWS

I am having such a terrible experience with Bradlows in Alberton. I still don’t have my items. I have paid in cash for all my things but still each time I call I am told Head office is still waiting to reconcile my transaction. Initially I went in to buy on credit but there were so many issues, first they wanted to deliver the wrong bed and convince me to take one I didn’t buy. When I came in I specifically stated my budget and said I don’t want the bed price to exceed R5000 but the sales assistant said they didn’t have any good beds for that much so he showed me one for R5999 which I agreed to then he called later saying they had dispatched the wrong bed and I told I do not want the wrong bed. He then told me to come to the store the following day which I did and when I arrived I was told I have to redo the application process all over again. This really upset me and I decided to just pay cash for everything. My balance was supposed to be R8750 as I had paid R3000 as a deposit but then I was told my balance was now R9250 because yet again they had tried to sell me another bed that was wrong and now cost R1500 over my budget. I told them I want the bed I chose and that’s it’s. They said that bed was R6500 they apologise they had placed the wrong price on the bed. At this I just wanted this awful business over with and just chose another bed that cost R6000. This was on Sunday and I still don’t know what’s happening with my items or when they will be delivered because each time I call the store I am told they too don’t know.
