Bad service at Bradlows

I bought a Knight 10pc dinning room suite at Bradlows Polokwane in January and they delivered torn and dirty chairs and scratched table. I then returned 2 chairs that I noticed that they were not in good condition upon delivery.Later I discovered that everything that was delivered is not in good condition, I laid a complaint against them on their customer service platform and also told them to come take everything but to this day my complain has not been attended to and they also made deduction on my bank account. Before making a deduction on my bank account they harassed me with phone calls ,calling me everyday and I told them not to make any deduction on my account as I have asked them to come take their products.Ever since the debit order went through they have not contacted me.
