Bad Service and with I don't care attitude for their customers

They don't can about their customers needs. I paid them cash but the service that I got from them is absolutely bad. I'm still waiting for their reps to come to.my house as promised till today. I went to shop several times but i dont get assisted. I call centre to log my complaint and I was given a ref number ***. They agent that I spoke to he promised me that he will do a follow call the next day,guess what im still waiting for call till today.
