Bad service and lack of customer care

Bad customer service I bought a bedroom suite last year October 2024. I reported a defect (dresser drawers) and was promised and assured someone will be sent to fix my drawers,till today I'm still waiting. No feedback from them nothing. Very disappointed. Mandeni bradlows in kzn
