Bad service and damadge goods

I brought a fridgefor R6400 cash at Bradlows in Kathu. It arrive with huge dent in the door on a private bakkie i paid R250 for at Bradlows. I tokepictures abd immediately calked Johannes the sakesman at Bradlows kathu and he said the managwr will bring a new fridge on wedsnesday.. waited till now . I called and they ignore me and my messages. The driver claimed that Bradlows also only give him R150 and wanted me to givs him money. This is unexcatable. Bradlows is not what is was. If they dont bring my new fridge i wull drop tje one at there doore and want my money back. I can not trust Bradlowsagain.
