Bad service and appauling treatment of customers.

I went to Bradlows store in vereeniging to purchase a lounge suite and coffee table. Firstly while in the store one of the store assistants was extremely rude to me even threatened me over a price dispute. My furniture was delivered on the 8th July 2015, during delivery we noticed the coffee table was defective and notified the store. Glen then said I must take the defective table (rather than send the whole delivery back) and they would get another coffee table from another store to replace the defective one, I even asked him if I wasn't goNna struggle getting the new table from him, he said no. Two weeks went by with no word I called the store and spoke to John(manager) and he said he would have Glen call me as he was out, that never happened and John never followed up. A week later again I call and speak to Glen and the coffee table hasn't even arrived at their store, he says he'll find out what happened and get back to me again, nothing happened yet again. I am sick of running after Bradlows for a table that I don't even owe, my experience at this store has been a big frustation and a let down. I just want my proper NEW coffee table. I'm never shoppiong there again!!
