Bad service

We had the worst service ever, we bought furniture cash and they charged us a ridiculous amount for delivery, the sales people/ employees were trying to assist but here was one rude employee(I think he is the Manager), his name is Victor. Such a nasty rude person, other customers left and the sales employees lost a lot of sales on Saturday 14.06.2025 because of his rudeness. Please have Corporate look into this guy. Sales people are losing sales because of him.
