Bad service

I am really so unhappy with Bradlows. On the 25th November ordered a blender and paid. Ordered was accepted and I got a tracking number. Then on the 30 Nov I received a call from a lady called Elizabeth Motaung tell me they are out of stock. She advised me to go with another brand blender or wait for Jan for something I bough in November. I told her I wanted the one I bought or my refund. She said I will get my refund. Now she is not replying to my emails and I need to get a blend for health reasons.
