Bad Service

My mother bought a Restonic Panama Base Set on the 21 May 2020 from Jabulai Mall and she was told by Michael who is the sales agent that it will be delivered Friday or Monday as she paid cash and up to this day she still has not received it and we get a different story all the time when we follow up and what hurts is that the manager Lebo does not even give a damn and does not bother to assist and as for Michael he does not know what he is doing he really has no clue at all. SO DISSAPOINTED
