BAD SERVICE

I purchased bedroom suit from Bradlows at cost R13999 on the 24 November and they promised to be delivered on Tuesday and it was delivered. but did not install the headboard and dresser. I have been going to Guguletu mall Cape Town where i purchase the item and it still not resolved till today. Bradlows have bad services and they dont have turn around time for their queries even if you log a complain. order nr - ***
