Bad service

17th September 2022 I bought a Hisense 816L side by side fridge for R10999. 95 at Bradlows at Landdros Marie Street in Polokwane,

By Monday I noticed that the freezer is not working properly I went to report it the Manager told me that he will log a call for me so that it can be fixed, on the 22 September I received an sms confirming that the call was logged with Complaint no ***, yesterday I received a call from the manager informing me that he want to see me I went to the store today and I am told that I must bring the fridge back as SAP because Hisense credited them and I must choose another fridge but all the fridges that they have are more expensive and I can't afford them and I want side by side fridge nothing else when I ask about the refund I am told that it will take 14 working days and I can't wait for 14 days without a fridge Limpopo is very hot during this time.

I want Bradlows to give me the fridge I want at their cost is not my problem that they sold me a fridge that is disfunctional.

Please treat this matter as urgently as possible.
