Bad service

We bought 4 pieces lounge suit June 2020 September they started giving me problem I called them and the collect to go fix 2 sitter March both 1 setter and 3 setter gave me problem as well i called them again they collected and they keep quite until I went to them May and i was told the supplier closed shops the suite can't be fixed i must choose the new couch we went and choose the new one till today i haven't received my couches but I'm paying every month for something that i don't have
