Bad service

On the 19th of October I requested a settlement letter from bradlows and was valid till 27th and I settled my account on the 21st October then bradlows deducted from my account on the 27th and I reversed the payment and fine nobody called or sent me any email but this morning 27th November they had the nerve to deduct R438 today.. So I want bradlows to cancel my name on their system I don't want anything to do with them and I want my paid up letter
