Bad service

Bradlows is so annoying, every month I get a statement with links to pay my account so I used my easy pay number that is on my statement to pay my account on the 25th of September but until today they keep calling me and sending me smses and emails that my account is in arrears ..why do they give customers the easy pay number if they won't see the payments in time.I sent them numerous emails with the proof of payment but still they keep calling me.their charges are ridiculous and they treat customers like *********.I will never buy from them ever again
