Bad service

I regret going to buy plasma tv at bradlows sammy marks square because the staff is so ***********. In November 2014 i went and opened an account with them to buy plasma but three days later i decided to cancel the account and pay it cash but to my surprise the account was not cancelled have been getting phone calls since December 2014 to say that i have not been paying my account and on the 05 January 2015 i send called head office to tell them my query and i was told that i need to send them proof of payment i did exactly that and i have not heard anything from them. please assist me .
