Bad service

I have had a bad service at bradlow Arcadia I bought a bed on layby at bradlows vermaulen when i finshed paying they didnt have stock they asked me to go and collect at bradlows Arcadia .when my husband got there the sales guy asked him to go to the store room to collect the bed after they brought the bed he only find out that the bed they took from the storeroom was not ours. He was given the bed that was on floor/ deco the sales guy even un***** the legs of the bed and rapped the bed with a plastc in front of him imagine, they gave us a bed that was opened we dont even know when maybe months or yr ago without even our consent. I only find out when i get home that the bed that they gave us was on floor.The following day i called to speak to the manager but unfourtunately she was not there i spoke to a white lady her name is LEO that lady is rude and very unproffessional she even refused to give me the number for the other branch and said she cant help me i must talk to the people at the branch that i bought the bed i couldn't believe that she even blamed the manager from vermaulen saying that she had told her that she will give us a bed that was on floor and she agreed, she even **** that she had told my husband and he agreed. Why would we go to another branch to collect a bed that was already opened long back a bed on floor if we wanted that we should have took the one from the branch that we paid because they also had a bed that was on floor. I was very disapointed and if we didn't collect the bed ourselfs we were not going to know that they are giving us an old bed that was already been oppened no matter the condition of the bed to me its old why would i pay my money only to get a bed that everyone who has been coming to the shop has been sitting on , this is unacceptable and i want to return that bed i dont want it and to make matters worse i have to find transport to take it back at my own expense. I lodged a complaint and i am still waiting for them to arrange the return of that bed they havent got back to me i am still waiting. Please be careful with bradlows arcadia i think collecting the bed was a blessing we wouldn' t have known that they are giving us a bed that was on deco.
