Bad service ***

Horrible service, not paying attention to detail, unable to deliver the only Item,1 Item ordered. After waiting for an order, an incorrect order was delivered, called to make them aware, Have to wait another 24 hours for feedback. Who dispatches a Base for a Double bed & a Mattress for a Queen Bed? How does the mix match happen when dispatching?
