Bad service

Im very disappointed with Bradlows Southgate i bought a bed on Friday the 14 till now my bed is not delivered and i went to the store on Wednesday the 19 the branch manager promised i will get my bed on Friday. Friday came my bed was not delivered i phoned to make the follow up still nothing their warehouse says go to the shop we don't arrange delivery when i requested my money they said on head office does refund I've never had such a bad service where you buy something and its the 8th day still no delivery and now they are saying Monday
