Bad service

we bought couches from bradlows and it started cracking..it was collected for it to be fixed almost a month ago...it has not been returned, whenever we call, we are given a date as to when it will be delivered and yet we are still waiting. i dont know how they expect us to pay for flippen couches that is taking months to get fixed. i am really so annoyed a with them. you dont do your customers like that...we are only good enough when that debit order has to go off
