Bad service

The experience and service that I have received from bradlows at Chatsworth Centre is very disappointing. I ordered furniture and signed what we was required but it’s been almost a week and no furniture has been delivered. Furthermore, the staff are rude and fight the customer instead of assuring the customer that things will go well
