Bad service

I Made a purchase on the 27th of January at bradlows vereeniging markpark, I still have not received my order as I was promised it would be delevered within 48h. No one cares to call to inform me of the delay, I called customer care today and asked for a refund they told me i will be refunded in 14 working days, it's so confusing seens I made my purchase instantly but when I'm supposed to be refunded because of their negligence and dishonesty they still do not care enough to refund me my money in time. I won't wait for turnaround time. Refund me ASAP
