Bad service

I bought couches at bradlows Pretorius Street in 2017 . I bought them cash and the sales lady who was helping me said the couches have 5 year warranty with grafton everest. My 3 seater start to sink in. I reported it to bradlows semimarks square because bradlows Pretorius Street was closed. When I got to there I was referred to Julia as she is the senior sales person n apparently had access to all accounts. I waited for her almost an hour while she was on the phone. When she eventually finished with the call she then told me to go to bradlows Andries Street because all the bradlows Pretorius Street files where there. I asked her if She couldn’t check if she can access my account with my ID number. She said there is nothing she can do, I must go to Andries Street ????. When I got to adries Street I was helped immediately by the 1st person I spoke to. I explained my problem n I was told that my couch is no longer on warranty because was bought cash. I was shocked ???? to hear that cos when I bought the couch I was told of 5 year warranty. I just wanted my couch to b fixed so I asked them to lodge a call for repairs. That was done. Then on 22 February my couch was taken for repairs. Till today no1 has called me to give me a quote or just to tell me something about the couch. Whether it’s been fixed. How much do I need to pay. Nothing ???????? it’s been almost 6 months
