Bad Service

Purchased a R16000 lounge-set CASH from Bradlows Aliwal Street Durban. It was delivered to my home while I was at work, the delivery people persuaded my little son to sign for it. I then noticed that there was a tear in the double seater. They came and fetched it and left me without a lounge set for almost 3 MONTHS!!! the lounge set was taken back within two weeks of purchase. I am sick of dealing with this company to say the least. I keep getting the run-around every time i call or go there. All i want now is my money back. Every time I speak to the Manager he hands me over to another lady by the name of Heidi, back and forth it goes. I've had enough. I'd like someone from this store to contact me and resolve this. Times i'm available to speak is 1pm to 1:30pm.
