Bad service

I have known bradlows to be one of the best stores with quality products.However to my dismay,I was in for a big suprise. I purchased my lounge suite last year.I reported faults on the couches to the store.on the 17-08-2018 Bradlows sent people from their Welkom warehouse collect the couches.Since then I have been sent from pillar to post by the store manager Mr Jacques Lambiron in Charlotte Maqeke , Bloemfontein. He couldnt say when am I going to get my couches back.I asked him to call the warehouse and find out,he said he wont because he is busy. On the 21-11-2018 I called Bradlows head office in Eastgate,I spoke to some lady who didn't assist.She sent me back to the store.I will never recommend this store to anyone.

I continue to pay for goods which are not in my possession and no one can give an indication on where the couches are and progress on the fixing of the faults
