bad service

I bought 4 piece lounge suit last year on the 14/12/2018 at bradlows Jeppe Street then after 4 months the couches started to be damaged the I put in a complaint at the store requesting for the new couches I was told that they will be repaired then in may they went for repairs but when they came back they were even more damaged , then I complaint again to the head office JD GROUP then they took them again on the 15/06/2018 and I haven't received any feedback from them but I requested for the couches to be replaced.

today I called bradlows because its been 2 weeks they haven't replaced my couches of refunded me , I call then and was advised that there is no feed back , i ask to spk to the manager an agent sd is not available , please resolve this issue ASAP i dont have couches to sit on . ref no. co.gomm ********** 15440 and ********** 267 .
