Bad service

I have been calling about the same thing every month since last year December , at first the installations of the kitchen units were incompletely done and the stove was installed in an incorrect manner every night time we cook we cant use the stove because of the underneath wood that's burning when we switch on the stove nd we have been reporting this For God sake what must I do ... every month I must pay my account nd I make sure I don't miss any payments but this is the service m getting
