Bad Service

I am very disappointed with Bradlows the one Johannesburg CBD Commissioner street and Joubert/Eloff . Last year around September we bought black leather coach there the 3,2.1 helped by the lady name of Nhlanhla, and the 2 one coach it was having a factory faulty. We went to Bradlows to complain it took them 3-4 months to come and collect the coach we went to them and phone them so many times and they keep on making empty promises until December 2017 they telling us that they will come January because they are closing for festive season. January this year we phone again and one day late at night we were sleeping and they phone us telling us that they coming to collect the coach in the morning I was very angry asking myself how possible is that for furniture store people to phone us so late clearly the were not respecting us and I told the guy that its fine they can come. Since they took our coach they never call or updating us on whats happening with the coach until now.

I want to understand is thats how Bradlows treat their customers? Is this Nhlahla lady only wanted to push the sale and after that not caring about the customer because weve been calling her and asking what's happening with our coach and she is been making empty promises that she will find out and call us back but she never did.

Please can Bradlows cancel the deal and bring our money we paid back, we will go somewhere else were we can be treated with respect and getting better service. Me and my husband we are very disappointed and its very painful.
