Bad service

My mother bought couches and a coffee table cash at bradlows jubilee mall, hamanskraal.first couches were delivered in a bad condition and had to be returned. They later delivered couches which were in a good condition but without the coffee table. Days later they delivered a coffee table which was on a bad condition and had to be returned. They later delivered a coffee table which was on display without disclosing it to us. It was also not in a condition and not exactly brand new and had to be returned. To this day we are still waiting for a brand new coffee table which was paid for in cash. The purchase date is 19 December 2017. Someone please intervene
