bad service

Its month they took my goods for repairs and no one calls me to inform me what when is it coming back and when i call their head office 2weeks ago to find out my goods when i'm getting my, I was told last but till now I have not recieved my goods. Firstly I have to fight for my goods to be repaired and now its this. I PROMOSED NO MORE SEEING ME AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS BUYING GOODS FROM JD GROUP ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS BAD SERVIECE. OR MAYBE ITS BECAUSE I PAYED OF MY GOODS BEFORE TIME!!!!!
