bad service

Purchased a lounge suit from Russels and the suit was not complete. spoke to the manage at the store in Cape Town and sent emails to complaints department, after a month i still have not received any feed back. is this the type of service we have? i will definitely not recommend this store. this is now over a month. i was asked by their department to send my documents which did still no response.
