Bad Service

my mom and i bought Couches at Bradlows Promanade Mall on the 15th Nov . The price was R22 000 and we were told by Sibuyile sales man that they will be a cash back of R2000 but they will deposit the money into my moms account. last week we only recieved R1000 cash back instead of R2000 as promised we called Sivuyile he then explained that there was a mistake our R2000 was paid into another customer and her cash back was paid to us he promised to rectify the errow but since it was the 29th black friday they busy they will fix Monday the 2nd . I called the store on Wed Sivuyile said they processed everything its only head office that needs to pay us but it will reflect by thursday or friday . Till today no money all they do is to tell stories . We are tired of calling Bradlows you can come and fetch you couches and return our R22 000 cash as paid so that we can go buy somewhere decent where customers can be treated with the truth, good manner and good service not these lies .
