Bad service

<p>i went to Bradlows in Atlyn Mall to buy a notepad that was advertised , i asked to see the Notepad , the Manager( Vasie) refused but later fetched the notepad for me. I asked if they had stock and they said they have one in stock . I then requested to purchase the Notepad which is going for R2700 OR R3000.00 , Vasie told me she will charge me a R650.00 extra for transport , i told her there is no need to charge me transport because i was buying for cash and i can take the Notepad with me. She started shouting on me and telling me she cant, i have to pay for transport. I am really dissapointed with such a bad service i received from a well respected furniture store like Bradlows. She told me to go buy at Russells because i explained that in December i bought one from Russells and collected.</p> <p>She referred to another store in Menlyn where i can immediaterly buy and collect. Am sad because i really needed to purchase that Laptop</p>
