Bad service

<p> I bought a wardrobe on a layby at bradlows thohoyandou mvusuludzo mall.I finished paying on th 09th of December 2016. We were promised that the wardrobe was going to be delivered before end of the week.a week has passed and nothing happened so we took it upon ourselves to follow up but still we were promised another week.today we decided to go to the branch to go and find out what the problem is but we were told that there is no stock so we have to wait until january.</p> <p>We decided to ask for a refund of which we were told it takes up to two weeks until the money is paid back to us.</p> <p>I find it disappointing because the wardrobe is supposed to be given to someone as a Christmas gift.</p> <p>On top of that we have been kept waiting since 8:00 in the morning and it is now after 14:00 and no decision has been made</p>
